The characters, plot, quotes, and basically everything in this book are perfect

Recommendation : You HAVE to read this book!

Means : This book is really perfect, but there's this something tiny that I didn't really like. 

It could be the plot, characters, or the ending.

Recommendation : I highly recommend this book for you. It's still a really great book even there's something little that I didn't like

 Means : This book is great, but there's some part that I didn't quite like. 

The book will be much better if the author change that part or even removed it.

Recommendation : I would recommend it, but I have a feeling that you won't like that part too.
