Monthly Recap : February

Monday, February 29, 2016

February, to say the least, is a month full of tests and quizzes and assignments. There are no weeks without one of those (in fact, I have a 1 week full of those on the last week of February). I think March will be the same, since I'll have my mid-term tests in March. February is also a month of parties and family-gatherings, apparently. I celebrated Chinese New Year by visiting many of my relatives (and get a lot of red envelopes <3). Also, some of my friends have their birthdays parties in this month. At least their parties are great (eventhough it's a little tiring).

On blogging life, you may notice that I participated in Love-A-Thon event! It's a really great event and I met many new friends through it. Plan to participate again next year :)

With the amount of tests and assignments I have this month, it's a surprise that I manage to read more than last month. I read many great books this month, here's the list

No Love Allowed by Kate Evangelista - 3.5 stars
How to Lose a Bachelor by Anna Banks - 3.5 stars
Liars and Losers Like Us by Ami Allen-Vath - 2.5 stars
Since You've Been Gone by Morgan Matson - 5stars
The Girl from Everywhere by Heidi Heilig - 4 stars
Sword and Verse by Kathy MacMillan - 3.5 stars

How's your February?

  1. Ooo, I'd have to sympathize you in regards to all the tests and assignments, and Chinese New Year to boot with all the food and celebrations.

Hope March will be better for you, Tiffany, and thanks for stopping by Bookwyrming Thoughts! :)

By the way, I LOVE your blog layout. :D

  4. I'm so sorry about all the tests and assignments! I had a week in February that was like that, too, but I think it's over for me (for now). I don't even want to imagine an entire month of that!

I'd never heard of No Love Allowed, but I just looked it up and it looks like something I'd really like. Thanks for helping me find it!

  7. Good luck with all of your tests! Year 12 is not fun, but there'll be a lot of awesome things on the other side when you finish! Yayy for the Love-A-Thon - I enjoyed that a lot as well :) The Girl from Everywhere has been everywhere lately, haha, I'm really keen to read that soon. All the best for March!
